Is skydiving dangerous?

Yes, though extra safety measures are taken for you to have a successful jump.

Are the instructors qualified?

The club instructors are highly trained with vast experience in different fields of skydiving.

Are there any injuries?

There are but very seldom, and if it does happen, it is due to the participants' negligence and at times, unforeseen weather. Though walkie-talkies are attached to you, it is only for us to assist you with a safe landing. You are the one who will be maneuvering the canopy, and you will have a better view of your surroundings from above.

Is my weight a factor?

It is. Due to the limited sizes of canopy that we have, we can only accept those in between 45kg-90kg. Others will be at the discretion of the Chief Instructor.

What if my parachute does not open?

We will teach you how to handle such a situation during the ground class.

What is the age limit?

18 is the minimum. Our eldest participant is 59 years old.

But I am afraid of heights.

A reason commonly heard. Who wouldn't, especially if you are sitting in an open aircraft at 3500ft. Remember that you have a parachute behind your back that will deploy once you leave the aircraft. The training that you undergo will give you more confidence in conquering heights.

Why can't we do this in Kuala Lumpur?

There are no open and safe areas to drop the participants in Kuala Lumpur. There are too many obstacles, and the local airports are busy with commercial flights.

How often does the club jump?

The dates will be set by us. We try to do it every weekend if there is the availability of aircraft, permits, and good weather.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, we will award you with a certificate upon completing your jumps.
